I learnt new disorders today in abnormal psychology lecture and it seems scary.Lesson is very interesting, and i love it. Today went to Bugis, visited my Jess in Raffles hospital. Walk around and headed home.

Every night i will scream in my bed out of anger, out of disappointment.
I have reallly bad nightmaares and sometimes i woke up in tears.
I really dont know what I'm feeling. It's all jumbled up.
And I'm really fucking upset.
